Board of Trustees

The Allen County Fire & EMS District is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees. To ensure balanced community representation and fiscal oversight, members are appointed by local governing bodies as follows:

• Allen County Commissioners: Appoint six (6) board members.
• Allen County Council: Appoint three (3) board members.

On September 9, 2026, the Allen County Council appointed the final three members of the Allen County Fire and EMS District Fire Board of Trustees.  Those Board members are Scott Adam, Roger Beedy, and Chris Forbing.  Photos and bios for the new board members will be posted soon.
