Last night, the district hosted a community town hall at the Leo-Cedarville Park Pavilion to share progress updates and answer resident questions regarding the ongoing fire district unification. Executive Chief Bush addressed community members on key transition milestones, station operations, and future service enhancements. We extend our sincere thanks to the Town of Leo-Cedarville for hosting us and to all the residents who attended to participate in this important conversation.

August 13, 2026, Executive Chief Jeremy Bush and Deputy Chief Robert Boren visited with residents in northwest Allen County to explain the unification process and answer their questions.  For an overview of the information  Chief Bush shared, click here.

On Wednesday, April 8th, leadership from the Allen County Fire District hosted a community meeting in Arcola, IN, to provide an update on our unification progress. This gathering offered a valuable opportunity for residents to engage directly with district leaders, share their feedback, and ask questions about the future of our emergency services. We are committed to maintaining this open dialogue as we work together to build a safer, more unified county.
